VPlay Sports is your go-to destination for high-quality FELET badminton equipment. That’s why we offer a pre-order policy on the latest items, so you can secure your purchase before it’s even available. We require a holding deposit, but don’t worry – if you cancel your pre-order, we offer a refund (minus a $5 processing fee).

Once your item arrives at our warehouse and ready to be shipped with a tracking number, it cannot be refunded, however we can offer a credit note for your next purchase or exchange of item of same value.

If there is a delay to your order, we will notify you as soon as we can.
